Rise of Code Ladies 'revela que ella perdió 15 libras para su debut

Miembro RiSe de Ladies’ Code  sobre su emoción de volver al público después de su última aparición en " MBC‘s ‘Birth of A Great Star‘, dos años atrás.

Rise participó recientemente en una entrevista con OSEN y compartida, "Mi corazón estaba lleno de determinación y que estaba preparado para esto. Trabajé muy duro, he mejorado mucho, y he trabajado en mi pronunciación mucho también. Yo estaba feliz de ver  Noh Hi Joon hará su debut el año pasado, pero yo también quería preparar de forma rápida y hacer mi propio debut.
 No he sido capaz de volver a casa en Japón durante los últimos seis meses. Pero cuando le dije a mi familia, 'Por fin estoy haciendo mi debut ", que eran muy feliz para mí.
 En ‘Birth of A Great Star‘, me sentí incómodo y presionado por personas que me reconocen a mí, así que tomé la determinación y entrenó durante dos años".

Rise también reveló que perdió 7 kg (~ 15 lbs.) Para su debut declarando, "Yo soy actualmente 46 kg (~ 101 libras.). He trabajado mucho y controló mi dieta ".

Aumento fue previamente una parte de Key East Entertainment y luego se trasladó a  Polaris Entertainment donde se unió a su grupo actual y, finalmente, hizo su debut como miembro de Ladies’ Code.

RiSe of Ladies’ Code reveals she lost 15 pounds for her debut

Member RiSe of Ladies’ Code opened up about her excitement to be returning to the public after her last appearance on MBC‘s ‘Birth of A Great Star‘ two years ago.

RiSe recently participated in an interview with OSEN and shared, “My heart was filled with determination and I was prepared for this. I worked really hard, I improved a lot, and I worked on my pronunciation a lot as well. I was happy to see Noh Hi Joon make his debut last year, but I also wanted to prepare quickly and make my own debut. I have not been able to go back home in Japan for the  past six months. But when I told my family, ‘I am finally making my debut’, they were so happy for me. During ‘Birth of A Great Star’, I felt uncomfortable and pressured by people recognizing me, so I became determined and trained for two years.”

Rise also revealed that she lost 7 kg (~15 lbs.) for her debut stating, “I am currently 46 kg (~101 lbs.). I worked out a lot and controlled my diet.”

RiSe was previously a part of Key East Entertainment and then moved to Polaris Entertainment where she joined her current group and finally made her debut as a member of Ladies’ Code.
